Our Mission

Having a dedicated residential superintendent is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and overall satisfaction of your residents. We have a solid reputation as a leader in the cleaning industry in all of Toronto and surrounding areas. For over 30 years of experience , our highly skilled and professional superintendents are experienced at handling the day-to-day tasks and complexities of residential property management. 



a) Property Maintenance

Our superintendent will proactively handle routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, garbage removal, and general repairs. They will promptly respond to residents' maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.


b) Building Security 

Safety measures are enforced with monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring proper functioning of entry points, and coordinating with security personnel if applicable.


c) Resident Relations

Superintendents understand the importance of fostering positive relationships with tenants and the public as they will be the first point of contacts with regards to maintenance and services.


d) Vendor Management

We will manage connections with external vendors, such as contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality work, competitive pricing, and timely completion of projects.


e) Emergency Response

Our superintendents are trained to handle, coordinate emergency response efforts, including fire drills, evacuation plans, and liaising with emergency services when necessary.


f) Property Inspection

Assessing the conditions of common areas, identify maintenance needs, and address potential safety hazards.


g) Grounds Keeping

We keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and communication  with residents for effective property management. 


h) Vendor Management

They will coordinate with and managing relationships with external vendors, contractors, and services ensure quality work and timely completion of projects. 


i) Technology Integration

Superintendent will stay updated on technology advancements relevant to property management, such as building automation systems and software for efficient tracking. 


j) Health And Safety Compliance

Ensure rules are implemented and overseeing safety protocols and procedures.
